Seasonal Sites
delivers quality websites to seasonal businesses who need
a website for only part of any year. These businesses
could be temporary operations, lawn and gardening
companies, snow removal, hunting, fishing, hiking,
outdoors, seasonal weather related, or holiday sites. |

These sites are
template sites that we then modify with your information.
We can provide three updates per year (limit of 1 hour
labor per update) as long as the site is paid current and
not in hibernation. You also get email services and stats
while the site is active and paid current. Sites in
hibernation are limited to just stats but you may
contract a separate email host and we will sttempt to
redirect your email to that account. |

How it works |

You determine if you need 4
months or 6 months of hosting. We'll then build your site
from our stock of template sites. One month before the
end of your predetermined, prepaid hosting period we'll
bill you for the next period. Pay the bill and the site
remains up and available. Else tell us to hibernate the
site and we will store it then point the domain to just
your contact info (this allows your customers to still be
able to stay in touch with you).
We will then bill you again one month before the annual
renewal date. Pay the bill at that time and we will
restore your site for the billed period. And of course we
will continue rebilling the fees when due until you tell
us to discontinue or else re-hibernate the site. |

We will open a domain account in
your name at our Monster Highway subsidiary if we
register your domain. You will be provided that account
login info at that time. Domain names are billed once a
year and you must renew your domain by the anniversary
date. Failure to renew at that time will require you to
pay the annual domain renewal fee or else possibly lose
your domain. |

We will provide one free update
(maximum 1 hour labor) every 6 months which comes out to
our three free updates per year. Contact info can be
changed at anytime with no charge. Your billing must be
current and the site must not be in hibernation during
updates though you can provide update info at anytime. |
